Shipping & Returns

We do our best to keep all items available and in stock, however that is not always possible. If an order is received for an item that is currently out of stock, we will order the item from the manufacturer and ship your order once all items are in stock.

**Please be aware that the method of shipping you choose determines the transit time of the merchandise once it has been shipped. It in no way guarantees that all items are in stock.

Shipping and handling charges are determined by the weight of the item(s), method of shipping and destination.

FedEx Express and Ground is our standard shipping method in the United States.
Merchandise is shipped Monday – Friday excluding holidays. All orders placed after 3pm PT will be processed the next business day. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following business day.

All orders are subject to verification.

To cut down on unauthorized charges all orders will be shipped to the billing address that is verified for the credit card. If you would like to have your order shipped to an alternate address you may (1) provide us with a faxed copy of your credit card (front & back), a copy of your drivers license and your signature or (2) provide us with the information to contact your credit card company so that we may verify that the address provided to us, by you, is an authorized shipping address.
